Windle & Moodie Fortifying Range

Good enough to eat hair care

For the past few months, my hair has lost lots of its density.

After finishing three months on a Redken treatment range (which worked brilliantly), I wanted to find something slightly gentler that still stimulated growth.

That’s when I found Windle & Moodie for the first time. Total heaven.

First of all I’ll have to talk scent. If you like Viktor and Rolf’s classic Flowerbomb scent you will absolutely love the Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner from Windle & Moodie. They smell amazing, just like Flowerbomb,¬†with a really sweet scent which is more like a perfume than a regular shampoo.

So how do they work?

Using Rooibos Tea and Wheat Protein, this range is designed to add strength and thickness to your hair. After using my Redken range I had lots of new, fuzzy hair that needed growing and thickening out. This has really helped me to see a difference in the fullness of my hair, but the smell means that it still feels like a ‘normal’ shampoo.

I mentioned with the Redken range that it is very much a treatment – you don’t quite get that salon finish¬†because their main focus is to repair your hair, not to leave you with hair that smells like a daisy. This Windle & Moodie, however, is a great middle ground for anyone who wants to thicken out their hair and still enjoy the cosmetic benefit of a lovely scent. (And on another note, I hear the Covent Garden salon is divine.)

I’m so fickle and love trying new things but I tell you something, I won’t be straying from this for a while!
